Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Gosset ("we", "us") for using this website, the free Bill X-ray and our paid services. By using them or buying from us, you accept these terms. Questions go to support@usegosset.com.
1. What we provide
- Bill X-ray (free): a tool that reads AI usage exports in your browser and estimates spend, shutdown exposure and cost signals.
- Break test (one-time purchase): we run a sample of your app's requests on your current model and on other models, and deliver a report showing which requests got worse and what each model costs per successful request, with suggested changes.
- Weekly plan (monthly subscription): we test new models on your saved requests each week and send you suggested changes when they save money or a shutdown is near.
The services are delivered digitally. Paid features show their availability date on the pricing page.
2. Who can use the services
You must be at least 18 and use the services for your business or professional work. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
3. Estimates and test results
Dollar amounts in the Bill X-ray are estimates based on public list prices and the data in your file. Test results are statistical evidence from a sample of requests, and model outputs vary between runs. Results can help you decide, but they do not guarantee how a model will behave on every request. You decide whether to make any change to your app, and you are responsible for testing and deploying it. Nothing we provide is financial, legal or professional advice.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you send us. You give us permission to use it only to provide the services, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm that you have the right to share it, and that you have removed personal or confidential information that should not be shared. Do not send data you are not allowed to process outside your own systems.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the services to break the law, to send malware, to test content that violates the usage policies of the model providers, or to try to access other customers' data or disrupt our systems.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Dodo Payments sells our paid services as merchant of record, handles payment and adds any applicable tax. Break tests are paid once. Weekly plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. We may change prices for new purchases; a weekly plan's price stays fixed for its first 12 months.
7. Our property
The website, software and report formats belong to us. Reports we deliver to you are yours to use in your business.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the services available but do not promise they will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid service, we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.
9. No warranty
The services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them beyond those stated in these terms.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10 and 12 continue after the agreement ends.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for paid customers we will email you before a material change takes effect.
